A long and bitter struggle with the indigenous inhabitants of their island has resulted in Albion being in an almost permanent state of armed readiness and rebellion.
This represents the personal army of Lord Effingham. Drawn from his vast estates in the hinterland of Albion it is typical of the kind of rebel army prevalent in the past 50 years. A fitting tribute to the daring, ambition and megalomania of its leader.
